🔄 Full pipeline

1. Drop QP + MS PDFs in the inbox (or send Claude links).
2. add_papers.py --apply — auto-detects board/series/paper, files them, sets embargo.
3. Crawl the new series (an agent reads QP+MS → index files).
4. Rebuild: build_paper_analysis.py (dashboards, all series) + build_topic_packs_batch.py (packs, released only) → deploy.
The scheduled agent does 1–4 on a cadence and auto-releases expired embargoes.
